Return Policy

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be new, unused, and in original, sealed, unopened packaging.

Due to the personal-use nature of these products, only items in their original, sealed, unopened packaging are eligible for return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Customer is responsible for return shipping

• Optional prepaid return label available for $9.99 (deducted from refund)

• A 10% restocking fee applies to orders that included free shipping

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you no longer wish to keep your order after shipment, please complete the return process after delivery.

Processing Timeline

Returns are inspected and processed within five business days of arrival.

Refund confirmation is sent via email once processing is complete.
